Resistance bands are a great addition to your workout to help isolate and build your muscle strength. Made from a cotton and elastane blend, our fabric resistance bands are premium quality. They are super comfortable and don’t roll up or slide around when they are being used.

Our resistance bands come in a cotton drawstring pouch made of natural fibres so you can easily take these with you to the gym and pack away neatly into your bag.

How do resistance bands work?

Resistance bands provide external resistance for your muscles to work against. When you’re pushing against a resistance band during an exercise, your muscles have to fight against the resistance!
